What we collect

• Your account: name, mobile number, email address and a password (stored securely by our login provider; we never see it).
• Your orders: what you ordered, your delivery address, any note you add, and the payment slip if you pay by bank transfer.
• Your bag: kept only in your own browser until you order.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information. Visitor statistics are counted without cookies.

Why we use it

Only to run your account, confirm, deliver and support your orders, and contact you about them. We won't send you marketing unless you ask for it.

Where it is kept

Account and order details are stored with our database provider (Supabase) and the website is served by Cloudflare. Both protect data with encryption and access controls. Only Ray's Closet staff with admin access can see orders.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for deliveries, exchanges and our accounts. You can close your account at any time.

Your rights

Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. You can update your details on your account page, or contact us to ask for anything else.
